With the eurythmic AU exercises (AU pronounced as in Out) we concern ourselves with the themes of overview and creativity. You try to feel the relationship between your center and the periphery. A space for freedom is created. Indirectly you learn to formulate clear questions and to trust your feelings in making decisions.
In this course you find more than 12 exercises to this purpose, developed out of the many possibilities of AU. In every of the three sequences we show you variations of an exercise with different requirements and effects. We also use these exercises in our ABSR courses, as a remedy for the many forms of nervousness and in our courses for hypersensitive people.
The eurythmy exercises intensify the body perception and lead you into a dialogue with it. In paying attention to the resonance, between the exercises and at the end, you pay attention to the life-forces. The life-body is given space, the life-forces are strengthened and you connect yourself with your personal potential.
