In the eurythmy exercises for O (English sound: o as in soul) we connect ourselves with our inner sources of warmth and light. We make inner spaces, build relationship, and create harmony in our body. The point is to connect ourselves fully with that which we do and so awaken our inner potential for change.
In this course you find 15 different exercises developed out of the manifold possibilities of O. We apply these exercises in our ABSR courses, as a remedy for the many forms of nervousness and in our courses for people suffering from hypersensitivity. In each of the three sequences we show you a different variation of an exercise, each having other requirements and results.
Eurythmy strengthens our body awareness and leads you into a dialogue with the body. In becoming aware of the resonance between and after the exercises you learn to pay attention to the life-forces. The life-body is given space, the life-forces are strengthened and you connect yourself with your personal potential.
