ViA-A.pngWith the eurythmic A exercises (A pronounced as in Answer) you learn to remain open, become grounded and create a stable nourishing base for yourself.

The A Join in Exercises are the first sequence of exercises in the series Vowels in Action (ViA). Here you find more than 20 different exercises developed out of the manifold aspects of the forces behind the A gesture.

These videos have been provided with animations and sub-titles. These are there to help you enter more deeply into your practice of the exercises and to highlight as many aspects as possible. The other vowels have fewer explanatory extras as you are familiar with the basics out of this series and need less support.

In order to allow you to practice for longer we have combined the single sequences to two half-length sequences and to one mammoth sequence. This allows you to practice intensively and soon enjoy the positive effects on your wellbeing.
