The abundance of the world

How your perceptiveness my become a strength.

On the one hand, your ability to perceive enables you to be more alert. On the other hand, your openness can also lead to overstimulation with accompanying restlessness and exhaustion.

How do you manage to handle your great perceptual talent in such a way that you don’t have to close yourself off, but can experience the world in all its fullness?

Your perception is a great strength. Be aware that while you perceive much more than others, this is still only a small portion of the abundance of things and beings of a multi-layered world.

Even you, as a gifted person, need to admit that you are actually limited in terms of what is truly perceptible. Paradoxically, you can only gain deep perception if you acknowledge this limitation.

Learn to direct your perceptive skills instead of being controlled by impressions. In order to over-come the passivity in the senses, one needs to consciously engage one’s soul activity. Through the daily exercise of wonderment, you gain the power to strengthen and develop your ability to per-ceive from the inside. You will open yourself to the abundance of the world without any distress.

There are many courses available on High Sensitivity that will help you to better master your everyday life, get to know you better and take your needs seriously.

The special feature of our course is its systematic structure according to topics, which are adapted to the different layers of our personality.

The basis for this is on the one hand the Eightfold Path of the Buddha, as taught 3000 years ago, and on the other hand the beatitudes of the Sermon on the Mount. Both of them take up the complex structure of mind and body in a similar way, and subdivide it into eight or nine basic principles. Rudolf Steiner worked out the similarities between these two ways in the 20th century.
